Our marketplace celebrates Southern Indiana farms, foragers, herbalists, holistic practitioners, spiritual businesses, artisans, and regional makers, with Kentucky neighbors joining us too. Meet the faces behind the work as participating businesses are confirmed.
Vendor announcements are coming soon. We won't identify a business as confirmed until its participation is finalized.

Limited Marketplace Spaces
We are initially planning for 20 vendor spaces. Additional spaces may become available depending on the final ballroom layout. Applications are reviewed, and sending an inquiry does not guarantee placement.
Eight-foot table rental: $20, subject to availability (approximately 20 tables anticipated). Optional table linen: $10. Bring your own display if preferred. These add-ons are separate from the vendor booth fee, which is still being finalized.
Vendor Arrival & Setup
- Friday, February 19: An optional advance setup period is planned; precise hours to be confirmed with the venue.
- Saturday, February 20: Vendor access begins at 9:00 a.m.
- By 9:45 a.m.: All vendors must be completely set up and at their booths before early guests begin arriving.
- 10:00 a.m.: Festival opens.
- Marketplace closing: Tentatively 6:00 p.m. Final teardown and venue departure details will be shared upon confirmation.
Vendor booth fees and any additional requirements will be provided before a space is confirmed or payment is collected.
