SCHEDULE LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic bodywork technique intended to support relaxation and encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body.

Unlike deep-tissue massage, this practice uses light, intentional touch. Sessions are slow, calming, and tailored to your comfort.

This offering may be chosen by guests seeking a gentle bodywork experience, support during periods of physical stagnation, or a greater sense of lightness and ease in the body.

Lymphatic drainage is not a substitute for medical treatment. Guests with active infections, blood clots, heart or kidney conditions, cancer-related concerns, recent surgery, or other significant health conditions should consult their licensed healthcare provider before scheduling.

Let your practitioner know about any injuries, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent surgeries, medications, medical conditions, or areas you would like avoided.

For Lymphatic Drainage, wear loose and comfortable clothing is recommended.

Following bodywork, give yourself time to return slowly to the rest of your day.

Whenever possible, avoid scheduling stressful commitments immediately after your appointment.
