What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energetic practice offered through light touch or with the practitioner’s hands held just above the body.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably in a peaceful setting. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or understand. You are simply invited to breathe, soften, and receive.
People experience Reiki in many different ways. Some notice warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, imagery, or a quiet meditative state. Others simply experience a much-needed period of rest.
Reiki is not connected to any required religious belief and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. It may be used as a complementary wellness practice alongside appropriate medical or mental health care.
