From the Garden + Forest
Whenever the land allows, breakfast may include foraged berries, edible flowers, ramps, woodland herbs, mushrooms, nuts, maple syrup, shagbark hickory syrup, or garden-grown produce. Ingredients are harvested responsibly and used at their seasonal peak.
You and your guests are invited to enjoy complimentary Sunergos coffee, welcome Sicilian Olive Oil + Lemon Welcome Tonic, homegrown herbal tea, and fresh Berkey-filtered water throughout your stay.

Indigenous Persimmon + Walnut Pudding —created around ingredients Indigenous to the land where Wild Indigo lives; because our modern pudding would be an original interpretation, we would describe it as “rooted in the native harvest” rather than claim it as a traditional Indigenous recipe
Rose Tiramisu — Layers of rose syrup soaked ladyfingers and Tulsi Holy Basil mascarpone cream, finished with a delicate dusting of Chamomile
Sorghum Sticky Toffee Pudding — A warm, tender date cake sweetened with rich sorghum syrup and finished with a buttery sauce and house-made sorghum custard
