What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a focused practice using gentle pressure on specific areas of the feet—and, when appropriate, the hands.
The feet carry us through every season of life. Giving them intentional attention can create a sense of grounding, release, and whole-body relaxation.
Reflexology may be enjoyed as a standalone session or incorporated into a longer bodywork experience. It is a beautiful choice for those who prefer to remain clothed or who want a restorative treatment without full-body massage.

Reflexology Before + After Care
Before Your Appointment, please arrive hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before your session.
Let your practitioner know about any injuries, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent surgeries, medications, medical conditions, or areas you would like avoided.
For Reflexology, wear loose and comfortable clothing is recommended.
Following bodywork, give yourself time to return slowly to the rest of your day.
Drink water, eat something nourishing, and notice how your body feels. Some guests feel energized, while others feel sleepy, spacious, emotional, or deeply quiet. All experiences are welcome.
Whenever possible, avoid scheduling stressful commitments immediately after your appointment.
