Come for commUnity. Stay for the mischief. The Artsy Fartsy Forest Club begins with a Visionboarding at Wild Indigo Forest Farm on Saturday, January 9, 2027 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
Arrive and settle in from 1:00 to 1:45 PM Eastern Time. After our 45 minute arrival window, we will head into the woods for a sensory forest bathing walk, also called sylvotherapy. We will slow down, notice the forest through our senses, and look for materials to gather thoughtfully for our visionboards.
Make a board to hang up, a spread in your journal, a pocket-sized collage, or pages full of images, words, colors, drawings and plans. There is no single way a vision has to look. Come as you are, with or without art experience.
We will share supplies, foraged and wildcrafted tea, Sunergos coffee, and seasonal bites. Bring a journal if you want to work in one. If you are seeing this in advance, begin collecting magazine cutouts, meaningful photographs, words, postcards, fabric scraps, pressed flowers, seed packets, and other special found materials. Bring what calls to you, or just show up and use the materials we have.
Pay what you can: Choose $11.11, $22.22, or $33.33. Every price includes the same gathering. Your contribution helps cover supplies, food, and libations so more people can join the circle.
Wild Indigo Forest Farm is about 25 minutes north of downtown Louisville. Further gathering details will be shared with participants.
