A late-autumn gathering for giving thanks for the people who hold us, whatever community looks like in your life. We’ll gather around shared food, connection, and an immersive forest Sound Bath with Cat of Cat & Owl Alchemy and Elise Dixie Jane.
This gathering can include a shared potluck experience. Bring something if you are able, homemade or store-bought. The point is not performance. It is the old, simple magic of feeding one another and gathering around a shared table.
Family, chosen family, friendship, neighbors, partners, elders, children, community, or the people who helped you make it through. This evening is an invitation to notice who has mattered and let gratitude have somewhere to land.
Cat and Elise will create the layered sound field together through violin, gong, drum washing, crystal instruments, percussion, and the living sounds of the forest.
We gather two days before November’s full moon, which peaks on November 24. The Moon will already be waxing toward fullness, giving the evening a beautiful sense of gathering, ripening, and illumination.
