Equinox + Full Moon + Vibrational Sound Therapy
Forest + commUnity + Sound
We’re gathering in the forest to mark the turn of the season through food, fire, intention, land, and vibrational sound therapy.
🍁 Autumn Equinox season · 🌕 Harvest Full Moon · 📍 Pekin, Indiana
⏰ Time TBD · sunset-centered gathering
The experience begins before the sound
Your Arrival Hour
The land opens one full hour before vibrational sound therapy begins.
A seasonal threshold walk.
Leaves, gourds, herbs, flowers, grasses, stones, and whatever the land offers that week will shape the path, with a large full moon anchoring the center.
Listen · feel · move as you need
Vibrational Sound Therapy
Cat of Cat & Owl Alchemy will introduce herself as the session begins and guide the vibrational sound therapy experience.
Slowing down may feel peaceful, emotional, activating, strange, tender, uncomfortable, or confronting. There is no expectation that you perform relaxation. Move, drink water, cough, change positions, or step outside whenever you need. Bottled water and mints will be available.
Warm · seasonal · autumnal
